• 2 Colombian Dressage Championship
• 2 Best Performances - FEI World Dressage Challenge
• Individual Silver Medal - Bolivarian Games 2001
• Team Gold Medal - Bolivarian Games 2001
• Facilitated the process by moving permanently to the US to dramatically change competition / training requirements for the rider.
• Negotiated a sponsorship arrangement to compete at the Pan-American level.
• Generated a public relations strategy to fully introduce the athlete’s good name and excellent professional reputation in the Dressage community of the US.

• Hired and led a staff of 5 professional soccer coaches for the most winning professional soccer club in Colombia.
• Coached an unprecedented 26 players from the Youth Divisions to 1^st Division soccer teams. At least 4 players played on for the Colombian  National Team.

• For 240 youth players. The soccer school has been highly successful since inception in 1988.
